Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes (precooked)
1 medium onion, sliced and separated
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Add milk gradually to Cheddar cheese soup, stirring until smooth.
In buttered casserole, arrange layers of potatoes, onion and cheese sauce.
Dot with butter.
Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
