Bacon Wrapped Scallops - cooking recipe

bacon
bay scallops
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 pt heavy cream
Wondra flour (optional)
Preparation

Parcook bacon halfway so it is still soft.
Cut strips either in half or in thirds, depending on length.
Take 2 scallops and wrap in bacon (like an \"S\").
