Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cubed
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. black olives, sliced
    1 can chow mein noodles
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1 c. salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except chow mein noodles.
    Chill overnight.
    Right before serving, add chow mein noodles.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
