Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork blade
    1 lb. hamburg
    2 slices bread, soaked well in evaporated milk
    small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Have pork and ground beef ground together.
    Mix all the ingredients; make into small balls.
    Have water boiling with a pinch of salt.
    Drop balls into water for a few minutes; fry slowly in butter until brown.
