Organic Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. organic black beans
2 Tbsp. dried epazote*
2 1/2 qt. water
1 Tbsp. sea salt
Preparation

Clean and rinse beans.
Place beans, water, and epazote in a 3 1/2 to 5 quart pot, and cook on medium-high for 1 to 2 hours, or until beans begin to soften.
Partially cover with lid and stir occasionally.
(Beans that are not fresh will take longer to cook.)
