Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick or 1 c. self-rising flour with 1/4 c. Crisco cut in
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. oil
1 can creamed corn
1 can chilies
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated (if use with jalapenos, omit chilies)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
Pour half of mixture into a greased casserole dish (deep).
Add half of the chilies and grated cheese.
Layer with rest of corn mixture; top with chilies and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, or until top is golden and center is set.
