Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can artichoke hearts
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    grated onion
    salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste
Preparation
    Drain artichoke hearts and place in a mixing bowl. Mash thoroughly with a fork. Add cheese and mayonnaise, mixing well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and grated onion. Bake in a medium 350\u00b0 oven until heated through. Serve with crackers.
