Garden Chicken And Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 can condensed chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb cubed stuffing
    2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat in hot margarine, cook celery, onion and carrots until tender.
    Add flour.
    Cook 1 minute more, stirring constantly.
    Gradually stir in broth and milk. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
