Banana Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 large egg
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Sift together dry ingredients; set aside.
Beat together egg, bananas and butter.
Add flour mixture and nuts.
Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon into well-buttered muffin pans, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Yields 1 dozen large muffins.
