Slaw Eternal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 cabbage
    carrots
    bell pepper
    onion
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil vinegar, oil and 1 tablespoon sugar; let it cool.
    Cut cabbage, carrots, bell pepper and onion.
    Add 1 cup sugar and salt.
    Add the vinegar mixture to the cabbage mixture.
    This will last several weeks in the refrigerator.
