Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic (optional)
    1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat, onion and garlic.
    Add Ragu sauce and simmer 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook noodles until tender.
    Drain and rinse noodles.
    Beat eggs; add Ricotta, 1/2 cup of Parmesan and salt. Layer half of noodles in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread with 1/2 cup of Ricotta filling.
    Add 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
