Marc'S Squash Casserole! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 yellow squash
    2 stalks celery
    1 medium onion
    2 slices bread, browned in butter, cubed
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    1 egg
    buttered Ritz cracker crumbs, crushed
Preparation
    Cook squash until soft along with celery and onion.
    Drain; mix bread, milk, butter, egg and cheese with squash, celery and onion. Put topping on and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
