Put-Back Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes (as many as you like)
pinch of each salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. milk for each potato
3 tsp. grated Cheddar cheese for each potato
Preparation

Bake your potato.
Take the potato out of the oven when it's all done, wait a little bit for it to cool, then cut it in half and scoop the potato out into a bowl.
Keep one of the skins. Save 1/3 of the cheese to sprinkle on the top of the potato before it goes in the oven.
Mix the rest of the cheese, milk, salt and pepper with potato.
If you like butter, add a pat per potato now. Use the masher when potato is still a little warm.
Put mixture into potato skin.
Place in baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
