Monkey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. very warm water
    2 sticks margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Melt 1 stick margarine in saucepan.
    Stir in sugar, salt and milk until sugar dissolves. Stir in yeast mixture.
    Beat in flour, all at once until batter is smooth, shiny and elastic.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Melt other stick of margarine in saucepan.
    Punch down dough and roll out to about 18 x 12-inches.
    Cut in round or diamond shapes.
    Dip each piece in margarine.
    Overlap each piece in ungreased tube pan.
    Let rise.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until loaf gives a hollow sound.
    Turn upside down on plate.
