Lean Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. diet margarine (room temperature; use only type which is 50% less calories)
Preparation
    Stir flour, salt and baking powder together.
    Add margarine. Cut with fork or pastry blender. Continue mixing until nothing sticks to side of the bowl. Shape into a ball. Wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
    If prebaking, heat oven to 425\u00b0. Bake 12 minutes until golden.
    This is for 8-inch pan. For a good size 9-inch pan with high fluted edge, double recipe.
