Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped
1 medium pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. half and half
1 medium cabbage, chopped, cooked and drained
2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in butter in skillet. Combine with cabbage, 2 cups of the cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a large baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese; pour half and half over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
