Swedish Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple with liquid
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix
pineapple
and sugar; let stand awhile.
Add soda, baking powder,
vanilla,
flour and nuts.
Mix by hand.
Pour into ungreased
and
unfloured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
Test with toothpick.
