Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. canola oil
    1 c. sour milk (2 Tbsp. vinegar in 1 c. milk)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 egg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients to crumbs.
    Take out one cup and set aside.
    To first mixture, add milk, soda and egg.
    Mix well and pour into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    To remaining 1 cup crumbs add cinnamon and nuts.
    Mix well and sprinkle over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
