Mediterranean Pasta With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 can 26 oz. spaghetti sauce
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced, drained black olives
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cut leaf spinach
    4 c. (12 oz.) Penne pasta, cooked per directions
    3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain.
    Stir in sauce, olives, and spinach; heat through.
    In a large bowl, combine meat sauce with pasta. Toss well.
    Coat a 13 x 9 dish with cooking spray.
    Pour half of pasta mixture in dish; top with cheese.
    Repeat.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Serves 6.
