Stuffed Breast Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. breast of lamb
    4 c. stale bread
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut pocket in end of lamb breast.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
    Place stuffing in pocket of lamb. Place in baking dish in cold oven.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
