After-Work Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, cubed
    4 medium carrots, quartered
    2 celery ribs, sliced
    1 1/2 lb. beef, cubed and browned
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 soup can of water
Preparation
    Layer potatoes, carrots, celery and onions in slow cooker. Mix beef with salt, basil and pepper in bowl and place on top of vegetables. Combine soup and water. Pour into slow cooker. Cover. Bake on low 8 to 9 hours or until vegetables and meat are tender.
