My Daddy'S Southern Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. leftover pork loin
    1 c. yellow mustard
    1/3 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    This is a mustard based barbecue sauce so it should taste tangy as opposed to sweet like a ketchup based barbecue sauce. This sauce is also great for barbecued chicken.
