Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    water or chicken broth
    seasoned bread crumbs (3/4 c.)
    salt and pepper
    grated cheese to taste
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Chop stems and cook in frying pan with oil and garlic.
    Add parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, grated cheese and tomato sauce for color.
    Mix well and cook for few minutes.
    If mixture is dry, add water or chicken broth.
    Add seasoned bread crumbs and stuff caps.
    Put a little oil on each mushroom before cooking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
