Toasted Vienna Chunks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 loaf Vienna or French bread, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
    1 (14 oz.) can condensed (not evaporated) milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Dip bread into condensed milk; allow to drain briefly and roll ini coconut.
    Place on greased baking sheet; bake 8 minutes or until coconut is toasted.
    Immediately remove from baking sheets.
    Store loosely covered at room temperature. Makes 50 to 60 chunks.
