Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can black-eyed peas with jalapenos, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (11 oz.) can Shoepeg corn, drained
    2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 1/3 c. mild salsa
    1 c. medium salsa
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
    1 small envelope Italian salad dressing mix
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
