Salmon Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. salmon steaks or fillets
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    8 drops Tabasco sauce
    6 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Cut salmon into 7-inch cubes.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cubed salmon and marinate for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from sauce and place on skewers.
    Place skewers across a baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Baste once during baking with extra sauce.
    Serve on buttered rice.
    Serves 6.
