Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. water
4 c. Minute rice
6 oz. cooked ham, cubed
12 oz. shrimp, cooked
5 diced tomatoes
1 can pear-shaped tomatoes
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 dried red peppers
Preparation

Melt butter in 4 quart casserole.
Add onions, pepper and garlic.
Microwave 3 to 5 minutes on High.
Stir in flour.
Slowly add water, stirring to keep smooth.
Add remaining ingredients. Microwave 15 minutes on High.
Reduce setting and microwave 50 minutes or until rice is tender.
