Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lightly salted chicken breasts
1 c. celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Hellmann's mayo
1 small jar pimento, cut
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 small bags potato chips
small amount grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender.
Cut into bite size.
Add celery, chicken, soup and pimento. Add eggs, almonds and chicken broth. Mix all ingredients in baking dish. Crush potato chips over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
