Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
2 c. finely chopped rhubarb
Preparation

Place all dry ingredients into large bowl and set aside. Combine oil, eggs and milk.
Beat together and add to dry ingredients.
Fold in rhubarb.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
