Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large or 8 medium size sweet potatoes
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecan nuts
1 1/2 c. small marshmallows
Preparation

Peel and cut up potatoes.
Cook until soft.
Drain.
In baking dish, layer potatoes, marshmallows, sugar and nuts.
Put marshmallows, nuts and sugar on top and sprinkle tablespoon of cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
