Cheese Cake(Torte) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. Zwieback crumbs (graham crumbs will do also)
    2 c. thick sour cream (fresh)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. toasted shaved blanched almonds
Preparation
    Cream well to soften the cream cheese.
    Beat until stiff egg whites and blend in sugar.
    Combine with cheese and add vanilla. Pour into 8-inch spring-form pan 3-inches deep, buttered and dusted with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
