Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. melted oleo
    2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Combine oleo, brown sugar and corn syrup in saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Do not stir.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popcorn, mixing well.
    Spread in large baking pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Break into pieces when cooled. Store in airtight container.
