Hot Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 c. or 1 (8 qt.) basket hot peppers
    16 c. or 1 (4 qt.) basket sweet peppers
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. dark vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 (48 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
    4 cloves garlic
    several onions
Preparation
    Grind vegetables; set aside.
    Put other ingredients in large pot. Boil 5 minutes.
    Add vegetables.
    Boil 5 minutes more. Pour into hot pint jars.
    Add lids and process 10 minutes in your canner.
