Russian Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. creamed corn
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Preparation

Mix together. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or longer.
