Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon in large bowl; mix well.
Add eggs and oil, stirring just until moistened.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
Spoon into 3 well-greased 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Spread favorite frosting between layers and over top and side of cake.

12 servings.
