Pecan Tassies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. flour
    1 stick oleo
    1 egg
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. soft oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend and chill the first 3 ingredients.
    Shape into 2 dozen balls and press into mini muffin pans (on bottom and sides). Blend remaining ingredients.
    You need about 2/3 to 1 cup coarsely broken pecans.
    Put 1/2 of pecans in pastry-lined pans.
    Fill with egg/sugar filling and top with remaining pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until set.
    Cool and remove from pans.
    Delicious!
