Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    2 (12 oz.) cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter and blend in flour.
    Whisk in cream, stirring until thickened.
    Add corn; season and pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
