Popover Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    8 oz. sliced Mozzarella
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. flour, sifted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Brown beef and onion; drain.
    Stir in sauce mix, tomato sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Spoon into greased pan; top with slices of cheese.
    Place in oven to keep warm.
    Beat eggs, milk and oil until foamy.
    Beat in flour and salt until batter is smooth.
    Pour batter over hot meat mixture, spreading to cover.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until puffed and brown. Cut and serve immediately.
    Serves 8 to 10.
