Grady'S Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
Preparation
    In a heavy pot, saute onion until limp.
    Add broccoli and parsley and simmer 3 minutes.
    While stirring, sprinkle in flour and stir until absorbed.
    Transfer to blender and add chicken broth.
    Blend until liquified.
    Return to pot and add remaining ingredients.
    This can be frozen.
