Quick Chicken And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boil-in-bag rice
    1 pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, zucchini, onions)
    1 to 2 lb. chicken breasts (boneless and skinless), julienned
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    pepper
    ginger
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed on the package.
    In large skillet, combine chicken, vegetables, bouillon and oil.
    Give 4 good shakes of pepper and 4 good shakes of ginger to the skillet; stir until chicken is cooked.
    Experiment!
    Open bag of rice into skillet; stir and serve.
