Elegant Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 large onions, cut in 1/2-inch slices and separated into rings
    1 large can sliced mushrooms, use 1/2 of the juice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil over high heat.
    Put in casserole.
    Cover with onions and mushrooms.
    Mix soup and liquid from mushrooms. Pour over steak.
    Cover casserole and cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Delicious over rice.
