Hamburger-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    16 oz. tomatoes
    1/2 c. rice
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add bell pepper, onion, chili powder, tomatoes and rice.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Spread cheese over top; put back in oven until cheese melts.
    Serve.
