Kentucky Wonder Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. hot water
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Beat egg whites stiff.
Beat sugar, oil and eggs.
Mix dry ingredients. Beat in egg whites.
Put in hot water, pineapple and nuts.
Pour in tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 300\u00b0.
