Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 tomatoes
2 1/2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
6 large peppers
3 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
6 to 8 onions, chopped
Preparation

Cook down for several hours.
Can in pint jars.
Serve with roast beef or pork.
