Caesar Salad Double - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 lemon, squeezed
    2 jumbo eggs (raw) or 3 large
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    romaine lettuce
    croutons
    anchovies (optional)
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, squeeze garlic with press.
    Discard skins.
    Add salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, lemon juice and eggs in that order.
    Using whisk, beat until thick.
    Add cheese and whisk again.
