Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together, except sugar, and set aside. Beat eggs well, then add sugar and oil.
Beat well.
Add zucchini and vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients.
Fold in nuts (optional).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a greased and floured loaf pan.
