Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. California blend vegetables, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Colby-Jack cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 can of onions.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole, cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
