Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 carrots, grated
    2 small onions, chopped fine
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. Pepperidge crumb mix
Preparation
    Cook squash ten minutes in salted water, drain.
    Mash squash. Add sour cream, soup, carrots and onions; mix well.
    Melt margarine and bread crumbs; stir well.
    Layer squash mixture and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
