Tangy Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Break cauliflower in pieces and
    cook in water for 5 minutes or until tender.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Mix mayonnaise, onion and mustard.
    Pour over cauliflower. Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
    Yields 6 servings.
