Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chicken stock or bouillon
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Stir in flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
Cook until smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in tomato juice.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute.
Stir milk and bouillon into tomato mixture.
Heat rapidly to serving temperature.
Makes 4 servings.
